DETAILED DAY WISE ITINERARY

Day – Wise Itinerary


Day 01: Delhi/Chandigarh to Shimla

Pick up from the Delhi/Chandigarh Airport and drive to Shimla. On arrival check into the Hotel. Overnight Stay at Hotel in Shimla.
 

Day 02: Shimla Local

After breakfast Start local sightseeing of Shimla Including Tara Devi Temple and Kufri, Mall Road. Overnight
stay at Hotel.

 

Day 03: Shimla-Manali (270 Kms 9 Hrs)

After early breakfast check out at the hotel & drive to Manali. Enroute Visit Sunder nagar lake, Pandoh Dam,
Hanogi Temple, Kullu Valley Evening time arrival at Manali. Overnight stay at the hotel.
 

Day 04: Manali Solang Valley

After breakfast drive to Solang valley. Enjoy adventure sports activities there. In the evening back to Manali.
Overnight stay at the hotel. (Rohtang Pass is on direct payment Basis.)

 

Day 05: Manali Local

After breakfast, local sightseeing of Manali includes :- Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Shiv temple,
Buddhist Monastery, Van Vihar, Mall Road. Evening back to Manali hotel for night stay.

 

Day 06: Manali to Delhi/Chandigarh

After breakfast Check out from the Hotel and move to Delhi/Chandigarh airport for your onwards journey.

  • Any Increase In Taxes Or Fuel Leading To An Increase In Surface Transport.
  • Ayurveda Charges.
  • Any Cost Arising Due To Natural Calamities Like Landslides, Roadblocks, Etc.
  • All items of personal nature.

Payment Condition

  • Any tour package booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment, as mentioned in the package details.
  • No booking will be blocked or reserved without payment.
  • Customers are required to pay the minimum advance amount at the time of booking to initiate the reservation process.
  • Advance payment percentage may vary depending on the package, supplier, and travel dates.
  • The remaining balance amount must be paid before the travel start date, as per the payment deadline shared at the time of booking.
  • Failure to clear the balance payment on time may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made only through GD Holidays’ approved payment channels (online payment, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Cash payments are not accepted unless explicitly mentioned.

All prices are subject to availability at the time of payment. GD Holidays reserves the right to revise prices in case of changes in airfare, hotel rates, taxes. Below 5 Years kids are complimentary. Vehicle kilometer is calculated on garage to garage basis. Itinerary if given is purely suggestive and optional and service will be provided only as per the quote. Cab at disposal only from 08:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs. All Monuments will be close on Monday any some particular days. Rate not valid on blackout dates. Any special requests (room type, meal preference, seat selection, etc.) are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment. Additional charges, if any, must be paid separately. Delays in payment may result in price increase, loss of availability, or cancellation, for which GD Holidays will not be responsible. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per Hotel/Transport cancellation policy..
  • Service fees, convenience fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation GD Holidays service charge INR 2000/- Per Person will be deducted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after confirmation from Hotel and Transport.
  • Refund (If Any) may take 10 to 15 working days.
  • In case of no-show or failure to join the tour on the scheduled date, no refund will be applicable.
