01 WED. Zurich .-

Welcome to your tour with GD Holidays!  Transfer you to the hotel and free time.  You will receive information in the afternoon, either directly or through the information board located at the hotel reception.
 

02 THU. Zurich .-

With our guide, we’ll explore Zurich, the most populous city in Switzerland, and its financial and cultural heart. Known for its banks, Zurich has been twice recognized as the city with the best quality of life in the world. Afterwards, we’ll embark on a scenic cruise of nearly two hours on Lake Zurich, with brief stops to enjoy the charming villages along the route. We’ll disembark in Rapperswil, a picturesque village renowned for its medieval castle. We’ll return to Zurich by train, providing an opportunity to experience the efficiency and punctuality of the Swiss railway system.

Note: Depending on the number of travelers, transfers to and from the city center may be via public transport.

 

03 FRI. Zurich - Lucerne - Zurich .-

Today´s journey features stunning landscapes with tall mountains and pristine lakes. We’ll enjoy breathtaking scenery in the Interlaken region. Our first stop will be Grindelwald, where we’ll have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up the mountain. Once there, we’ll walk along a winding path leading to a suspended bridge. For those who are adventurous, crossing the bridge offers spectacular views of the surrounding glaciers. We’ll have lunch on the mountain (included) before heading back down. Our next destination is Lucerne, one of Switzerland´s most beautiful cities, where you’ll have time to explore and enjoy the charming cityscape. We’ll then return to Zurich.

Note: The guide will offer an optional full-day excursion, starting in the morning. After some free time in Lucerne, we’ll take a rotating cable car to the summit of Mount Titlis. At over 3,000 meters above sea level, the alpine summit offers breathtaking views of the glacier and the Alps.

 

04 SAT. Zurich - Bellinzona - Como - Milan .-

We’ll leave ZURICH early in the morning, crossing the Alps to reach the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Our first stop will be BELLINZONA, renowned for its three medieval castles, which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Perched on the hills overlooking the city, these castles highlight Bellinzona´s historical significance as a key alpine stronghold. Enjoy some free time to wander through the charming streets of the center. Next, we´ll enter Italy and stop in the charming town of COMO for lunch. This town is considered the jewel of LOMBARDY, known for its beautiful gardens beside the lake and its spectacular cathedral. We’ll continue to MILAN, where our guide will take us to the impressive Piazza del Duomo. You’ll have some time to wander around before we transfer you to the hotel.

 

05 SUN. Milan - Pisa - Rome .-

Today, we’ll continue our journey to Pisa. We´ll ride a small tourist train to the Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles), where you´ll have time to admire one of the most captivating and beautiful art complexes in Italy, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Afterwards, we’ll head to Rome, arriving later in the day.

 

06 MON. Rome .-

In the morning, we’ll take a three-hour guided tour of the Eternal City, combining a walking tour through Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride to admire one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilization. During the tour, we’ll see iconic landmarks such as the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo.

The tour will end at VATICAN CITY around 11:00 a.m. Afterward, our guide will offer an optional visit to explore the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
At the end of the day, we’ll include a transfer to the popular Trastevere neighborhood, known for its cozy restaurants and lively atmosphere. Return to the hotel will be around 8:30 p.m.

 

07 TUE. Rome - Florence .-

Today, we’ll leave ROME and head north, taking in the beautiful landscapes along the way. Upon reaching FLORENCE, we´ll go directly to the stunning Piazzale Michelangelo viewpoint to enjoy breathtaking views of the city. We will then walk toward the historic center where, after some time for lunch, we´ll enjoy a guided walking tour with a local expert, visiting landmarks such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria. This city is an authentic open-air museum. 

Afterward, you´ll have free time to explore on your own. In the evening, you´ll find plenty of options for dinner, with a variety of local and international cuisines.

 

08 WED. Florence - Venice .-

Today, we’ll enjoy the stunning mountain landscapes as we cross the Apennines. Upon arriving in Venice, we’ll take a boat across the Giudecca Canal to the Island of Venice. With a local guide, we’ll visit the marvelous St. Mark’s Square. Afterwards, we’ll tour the Murano Glass Factory, where you’ll see the fascinating techniques used to create this ancient glass. You´ll have some free time to explore on your own. Accommodation will be in the Mestre district.

 

09 THU. Venice - Innsbruck - Salzburg .-

We will depart from Venice, traveling to AUSTRIA! Upon arriving in INNSBRUCK, you’ll have time to stroll through the historic city center and enjoy lunch in the Austrian Tyrolean capital. Afterward, we’ll journey along beautiful scenic roads through the mountains to KITZBÜHEL. Once there, you’ll have time to explore this picturesque village, a famous ski resort where snow can be enjoyed for most of the year. We’ll continue our journey to SALZBURG, arriving by the end of the day.

Note: If there are few travelers, we may take a train from Venice to Innsbruck.

 

10 FRI. Salzburg - Lake Traunsee - Vienna .-

Today, we’ll get to know AUSTRIA better. During the morning, we´ll explore SALZBURG, Mozart’s city. Its Renaissance and Baroque center is filled with beauty, all in the shadow of the grand castle. Next, we’ll travel through lakes and mountains to reach ST. WOLFGANG, a renowned pilgrimage site in Austria. We’ll then head to TRAUNKIRCHEN, located beside the beautiful Traunsee Lake, where we’ll take an included cruise to see four of the lake´s castles before disembarking in GMUNDEN. Afterward, we’ll continue to VIENNA, arriving in the evening.

 

11 SAT. Vienna .-

Today, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of this impressive city with a local guide. We’ll explore its majestic avenues, beautiful palaces, large parks and vibrant city center. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. In the evening, we’ll include a transfer to the Grinzing district, an old wine-growing village now part of the city, known for its traditional taverns. You’ll have free time to dine in the area. 

 

12 SUN. Vienna .-

After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.

Exclusions

  • Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
  • Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
  • Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
  • Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
  • Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
  • Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  • Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
  • In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.

Payment Terms

50% Payment will be required at the time of Booking.

50% balance 35 Days before of check in date.

If the travel date is less than 26 days full amount will be required.

Terms & Conditions

Amendments :- Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made to the payment of a communication charge, which will vary on case to case. Vehicle will not go to anywhere on Holi & Eid. Hotel Terms and Conditions: - In Case of non-availability of room in given hotel then a similar category hotel will be provided. Generally, hotel check in time 14:00 hrs. and check out time 11:00 Hrs. Early Check in or late check out will be chargeable as per hotel policies If early Check in or Late Check out not include in Package. Meals are served in the hotel as per their set menu basis. If you ordered something special it will chargeable extra as per hotel policy on direct basis. For extra bed on double sharing rooms many hotels have rollaway bed while rest of the hotels provide extra mattress which is available in hotel. Hot water facilities are also limited in some hotels. If there is electricity problem then hotel will provide hot water will provide with bucket. Vehicle Terms and conditions: - A/C will not work on hill areas, stopped/ parked vehicle. Hills started from Dehradun/Rishikesh. A/C will not work from these points. Toll and parking will be paid once for the same place and after that it will be paid by the you. Pickup & drop point is one only. If multiple pickups and drop required then it will be chargeable and should be informed in advance. Vehicle will not run after 9:00 pm in night due to safety purpose or as per guideline by the government authority. In hill music is not allowed due to risk of life. The maximum time of drive is 12 hrs. in a day. Tour destination / route cannot be changed without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change) Vehicle will not drive in No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. Sightseeing will be allowed only in city limits. Off route sightseeing or beyond city limit will be informed advance and it will be chargeable. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate. Company will not responsible for any delay or alterations or any expense incurred due to natural Hazards, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closer/ block due to political unrest or any such incidents. Important Notes: - 1) Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Booking will be made on base room category. 2) The booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned. 3) Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. 4) For Any Natural calamities. We will not be liable for the same. 5) No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated. All buffet meals or Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy. 6) Vehicle rates depend on fuel rates, if fuel rates are high then rates can be changed without any notice. 7)It is presumed that the tourist must have to medically fit to undertake this yatra. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly consult with your doctor. If advisable by doctor than only travel and travel with all your consulted medicine according to tour days. 8) Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs. in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance. 09) No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control. 10) Company Here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India Company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Haridwar Uttarakhand India. 11) Auli: - Auli will be visited by Rope way at your own cost on direct basis and paid by client. The ropeway operates from 9 AM to 4 PM. 12) Vehicle is non ac in hills. 13) Vehicle will not run in night after 9:00 Pm and traffic Rules will be followed. 14) Vehicle rates valid only for city hotel. If hotel is far from city, then charges applicable. 15) If parking will not available in near hotel or any place then it will be parked were place available. In that case you may be walked for some distance as per condition.

Cancellation Policy

  • At GD Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our resort partners.

    1. Cancellation Request

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details used at the time of booking.

  • The date on which GD Holidays receives the written cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.

    2. Cancellation Charges

  • The following cancellation charges will apply on the total package cost:

    NOTE : INR 4500/- Per Person GD Holidays Service Charge will be deducted if booking cancelled at any point of time irrespective of above cancellation charges.

  • Note: Some hotels, airlines, cruise companies, visas, permits, event tickets, attractions, and special promotional bookings may have separate cancellation rules. In such cases, the supplier's cancellation policy will apply in addition to the above charges.

    3. Non-Refundable Services

  • The following are generally non-refundable once booked or confirmed:
  • Flight Tickets
  • Visa Fees
  • Travel Insurance
  • Cruise Bookings
  • Train Tickets (as per railway rules)
  • Attraction Tickets
  • Theme Park Tickets
  • Special Event Tickets
  • Peak Season / Festival / Promotional Offers

  • Any service specifically mentioned as Non-Refundable at the time of booking

    4. Amendment / Rescheduling

  • Any request for date change, destination change, hotel change, passenger name correction, or other modifications is subject to availability and approval by the respective service providers.

  • Additional charges and fare differences may apply.

    5. Force Majeure

  • GD Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or additional expenses caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Heavy snowfall
  • Political unrest
  • War
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic or epidemic
  • Airline operational issues
  • Flight cancellations
  • Strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • Acts of God

  • In such cases, refunds or credits (if any) will depend entirely on the policies of the respective service providers.

    6. Important Note

  • GD Holidays acts as a travel service facilitator and booking partner. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise companies, and other service providers have their own terms and cancellation policies. Customers agree to abide by those policies at the time of booking.
  • By confirming a booking with GD Holidays, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport providers, destination management companies and other service providers involved in the booking.
  • The exact cancellation amount depends on the stage of cancellation and the supplier's applicable rules at that time.
  • Any non-refundable bookings, promotional offers, special fares, visa fees, insurance charges, convenience fees, processing charges or service charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after receiving the refundable amount from the respective service providers.
  • The refund processing time generally depends on the concerned supplier and banking channels.
  • No refund shall be applicable for unused services, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or voluntary changes after travel has commenced.
  • GD Holidays acts as a booking facilitator and shall process refunds strictly based on the refund received from the respective suppliers, after deducting any applicable service or processing charges (if any).
