There are no refunds or substitutions, nor are any benefits transferable to another guest.
The Premium All Inclusive entitlements will end on the date of departure at 12.00 noon.
Credit cards accepted. Encashment of foreign currency will not be accepted.
100% Payment will be required at the time of Booking.

No cancellation is allowed once booking is created.
No refund will be provided if booking canceled by the guest/No Show in any circumstances.
In case rooms are not available at the time of booking full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
