DAY 1 :NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Phuentsholing (Distance: 170 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Phuentsholing: 293 mts.)
Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and transfer to Phuentsholing - The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial center on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
DAY 2 : Phuentsholing to Thimphu (Distance: 176 kms. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2350 mts.)
Note: The driver and guide will meet today at around 8:30 AM at the Phuentsholing border for immigration. The process should take a maximum of 1 hour. They will remain there until the journey to Thimphu begins. After breakfast, proceed towards Thimphu. Halt at Chojum to take photographs of the confluence of two rivers of Bhutan, Thumpu Chu, and Paro Chu. Reach Thimpu in the evening. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening free for your own activity .Overnight stay at Thimphu.
DAY 3 : Thimphu local sightseeing
After breakfast, the day is dedicated to sightseeing in Thimphu. You will see the following tourist sites in Thimphu Kuenselphodrang National Memorial Chorten Folk Heritage Museum Sangaygang view point Takin Reserve Centre. Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion) and simply Bhutan .Dinner and Overnight Stay at Thimphu Hotel.
DAY 4 : Thimphu to Punakha Transfer via Dochula pass and sightseeing (4 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Punakha/Wangdue via the scenic Dochula Pass. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy lunch. Visit the Punakha Dzong, Chimi Lhakhang, Punakha Suspension Bridge, and Punakha Village. Return to the hotel for Punakha overnight stay.
DAY 5 : Punakha to Paro and Paro sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Paro via Dochu La Pass, passing the Paro Chhu and Wang Chhu river valleys. Visit Simtokha Dzong en route. In Paro, check into your hotel and visit: Ta Dzong Rinpung Dzong Tamchog Lhakhang Return to the hotel for an Overnight stay.
DAY 6 : Day Excursion to Taktshang Monastery
After early morning breakfast, you will be starting a Excursion tour to Taktsang Monastery. Taksand Palphug Monastery also known as Tiger's Nest is an amazing Buddhist monastery, temple and sacred site located in the upper Paro town. Built in 1692, Padmasambhava is believed to have meditated at this site for 3 years. Guru Padmasambhava is known to be the founder of Buddhism religion in Bhutan. He is immensely respected and has a huge number of sacred followers in Bhutan. Kyichu Lhakhang is one of the oldest Buddhist Temples in Bhutan (if not the oldest) and it is considered to be a prime example of the ornate Bhutanese architecture. Overnight at the Paro.
DAY 7 : The Chelala Pass (Day Excursion) & Transfer To Phuentsholing
Chele-la remains one of the least visited areas in the country and retains the air of an unspoiled, primeval forest. Drive to Chele La Pass (3,988m) from which on a clear day the view sweeps away to Bhutan’s second-highest sacred peak, Mt Jomolhari (7314m). On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening Free for Leisure. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
DAY 8 : Phuntsholing To Bagdogra / NJP Drop
On the final day of your journey in Bhutan, the day begins with a leisurely breakfast at your hotel in Phuentsholing. After enjoying your meal, it's time to check out and bid farewell to the warm hospitality that has accompanied you throughout your stay. Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Bagdogra Airport, where you'll catch your departing flight. As you embark on this final leg of your trip, take a moment to reflect on the memories you've made, the sights you've seen, and the experiences you've cherished during your time in the Land of the Thunder Dragon.
Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.
Air Fare / Train fare.
Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees.
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Room Heater Charges.
Travel Insurance.
Anything which is not included in the inclusion
Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
Payment Terms
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
The balance payment must be completed before the due date communicated by GD Holidays.
For bookings involving flights, cruises, visas, special events or peak season travel, higher advance payment or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.
Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
Any price revision by airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators or government authorities before final confirmation shall be payable by the customer.
Payments made through online gateways, bank transfer, UPI or other approved payment methods will be considered valid only after successful realization.

:- The sequence of sightseeing or itinerary may be changed due to operational requirements without affecting the overall tour experience.
:- GD Holidays reserves the right to modify hotels, transport, itinerary or services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations or circumstances beyond its control.
:- Travelers must carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, government-issued identity proof and any permits required for the destination.
:- Customers are responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements and travel documentation before departure.
:- Any additional expenses arising due to natural disasters, adverse weather, political disturbances, strikes, pandemics, flight delays/cancellations, road closures or other force majeure events shall be borne by the traveler.
:- GD Holidays shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, accident, illness, delay or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
:- Customers are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers and local authorities during the tour.
:- Any request for special services such as adjoining rooms, smoking/non-smoking rooms, special meals or early check-in is subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.
:- By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted all applicable booking terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
At GD Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our resort partners.
1. Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details used at the time of booking.
The date on which GD Holidays receives the written cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.
2. Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply on the total package cost:

NOTE : INR 4500/- Per Person GD Holidays Service Charge will be deducted if booking cancelled at any point of time irrespective of above cancellation charges.
Note: Some hotels, airlines, cruise companies, visas, permits, event tickets, attractions, and special promotional bookings may have separate cancellation rules. In such cases, the supplier's cancellation policy will apply in addition to the above charges.
3. Non-Refundable Services

4. Amendment / Rescheduling
Any request for date change, destination change, hotel change, passenger name correction, or other modifications is subject to availability and approval by the respective service providers.
Additional charges and fare differences may apply.
5. Force Majeure
GD Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or additional expenses caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Heavy snowfall
Political unrest
War
Government restrictions
Pandemic or epidemic
Airline operational issues
Flight cancellations
Strikes
Weather conditions
Acts of God
In such cases, refunds or credits (if any) will depend entirely on the policies of the respective service providers.
6. Important Note
GD Holidays acts as a travel service facilitator and booking partner. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise companies, and other service providers have their own terms and cancellation policies. Customers agree to abide by those policies at the time of booking.
By confirming a booking with GD Holidays, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
Refund Policy
Cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport providers, destination management companies and other service providers involved in the booking.
The exact cancellation amount depends on the stage of cancellation and the supplier's applicable rules at that time.
Any non-refundable bookings, promotional offers, special fares, visa fees, insurance charges, convenience fees, processing charges or service charges are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after receiving the refundable amount from the respective service providers.
The refund processing time generally depends on the concerned supplier and banking channels.
No refund shall be applicable for unused services, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or voluntary changes after travel has commenced.
GD Holidays acts as a booking facilitator and shall process refunds strictly based on the refund received from the respective suppliers, after deducting any applicable service or processing charges (if any).
TCS stands for "Tax Collected at Source". Under the Income-tax Act, 1961 (Section 206C(1G)),
when a resident individual purchases an overseas tour package, the tour operator must collect TCS from the
buyer.
TCS is not an extra fee. It is treated as advance tax and can be adjusted or claimed as
refund while filing your income tax return.
When does TCS apply?
Applicable on overseas tour packages including international travel & hotel stays.
Charged at the time of payment or debit (whichever is earlier).
