DOCUMENTS: The valid documents you need to carry along with you for your vacations i.e., any one of these - voters-ID, passport NOTE: Pan Card & Aadhar Card is not accepted as a valid ID All Trips are subjected to weather conditions Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only :- Package prices are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. :- Hotels, flights, sightseeing, transportation and other services are subject to availability. :- Hotel check-in/check-out timings shall be as per hotel policy. :- Standard room category will be provided unless otherwise specified. :- Similar category hotels may be provided in case of operational reasons or non-availability. :- The sequence of sightseeing or itinerary may be changed due to operational requirements without affecting the overall tour experience. :- GD Holidays reserves the right to modify hotels, transport, itinerary or services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations or circumstances beyond its control. :- Travelers must carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, government-issued identity proof and any permits required for the destination. :- Customers are responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements and travel documentation before departure. :- Any additional expenses arising due to natural disasters, adverse weather, political disturbances, strikes, pandemics, flight delays/cancellations, road closures or other force majeure events shall be borne by the traveler. :- GD Holidays shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, accident, illness, delay or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control. :- Customers are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers and local authorities during the tour. :- Any request for special services such as adjoining rooms, smoking/non-smoking rooms, special meals or early check-in is subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider. :- By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted all applicable booking terms and conditions. ▪ The package cost is based on rate of exchange 1USD = INR 94.00. ▪ Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to GD Holidays. ▪ Advance deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. ▪ Airfare & Taxes are as of 01/07/2026 and are subject to change without prior notice. any increase on the same shall be applicable on package cost in the final Invoice. ▪ No change in itinerary once confirmed will be honored unless given in writing. ▪ No verbal commitments will be honored unless given in writing. ▪ 100 % cancellation charge will apply if cancelled within 30 days prior to departure. ▪ The travel package is purely based on minimum of 30 adult passengers travelling together. Any reduction in the group size will lead to an increase in price or change in the services. ▪ This is just a tentative offer. GD Holidays is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you now. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your hotel accommodation and Air ticket. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to change as per availability. ▪ The International Check-in time: - 1500 hrs & Check-out time is 1100 hrs. Early Check In is not guaranteed. ▪ All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve any increase in price and hotels? ▪ Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own & GD Holidays shall not be liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services. ▪ GD Holidays in any circumstances shall not be responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue, Cancellation and / or the Exhibition Profile. ▪ GD Holidays, in any circumstances shall not be responsible for any rejection of Chinese Visa or any other Visa as Granting or Not granting Visa is at sole discretion of Visa consular. ▪ GD Holidays, under any circumstances, will not be liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and/ or error in dates of visa. ▪ In case of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for that single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by that passenger mandatorily. ▪ Airfare and hotel rooms are subject to availability, any changes on the same shall be applied on package. ▪ Airfare and hotel rooms rate are dynamic in nature, any changes on the same at the time of final booking shall be applied on final package price. ▪ “GD Holidays” in any case should not be held responsible for any changes/cancellations in flight operations and hotel operations. ▪ “GD Holidays” in any case shall not be held responsible for cancellation of services from hotels/ airlines/ transporters in case of any natural calamity, act of God.
