Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
Arrive at Srinagar Airport or Railway Station, where you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
After check-in and some time to relax, proceed for Srinagar local sightseeing. Explore the beautiful city known for its scenic landscapes, gardens, lakes and traditional Kashmiri culture. Depending on the available time, visit some of Srinagar's popular attractions and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Later, return to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. You can relax at the hotel or explore the local surroundings at your own pace.
Overnight: Srinagar Meals: Dinner
Day 2: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Thajwas Glacier
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Sonmarg, one of Kashmir's most spectacular mountain destinations.
The scenic journey takes you through Kangan, Mammar and Gagangir, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, valleys and streams along the way.
On arrival in Sonmarg, proceed for an excursion to Thajwas Glacier, a beautiful high-altitude attraction surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Enjoy the breathtaking Himalayan scenery and spend some time exploring the area.
Later, return to Srinagar and check in to your hotel.

Day 3: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Gondola Ride
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Gulmarg, one of Kashmir's most famous hill stations and a popular destination for its breathtaking mountain scenery.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and later proceed to enjoy the famous Gulmarg Gondola Ride. The cable car takes you high into the mountains, offering spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan landscape.
Spend the rest of the day enjoying the natural beauty of Gulmarg. You can take a leisurely walk around the meadows, enjoy the mountain views and explore the charming surroundings.
Later, return to the hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 4: Srinagar – Pahalgam – Betaab Valley, Aru Valley & Chandanwari
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Pahalgam, one of Kashmir's most picturesque destinations.
On arrival, proceed to explore the beautiful valleys surrounding Pahalgam. Visit Betaab Valley, known for its lush green landscapes, flowing streams and dramatic mountain scenery.
Continue to Aru Valley, a peaceful and scenic valley surrounded by majestic mountains and beautiful meadows. Later, visit Chandanwari, a popular starting point for the Amarnath Yatra and a stunning location known for its mountain scenery.
After sightseeing, return to Srinagar and check in to your House Boat. Spend the evening at leisure and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the valley.
After breakfast, check out from the House Boat. Depending on your departure schedule, enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful Kashmir Valley and spend some free time in Srinagar if time permits. Later, you will be transferred to Srinagar Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of your memorable Kashmir holiday.

Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.
Payment Terms
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
For bookings involving flights, cruises, visas, special events or peak season travel, higher advance payment or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.
Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
Any price revision by airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators or government authorities before final confirmation shall be payable by the customer.
Payments made through online gateways, bank transfer, UPI or other approved payment methods will be considered valid only after successful realization
Prices are per person on twin/double sharing basis unless specified; single supplement charged separately.
Prices subject to change in case of currency fluctuation, fuel surcharge, or government tax revisions until final payment is received.

:- GD Holidays reserves the right to modify hotels, transport, itinerary or services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations or circumstances beyond its control.
:- Travelers must carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, government-issued identity proof and any permits required for the destination.
:- Customers are responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements and travel documentation before departure.
:- Any additional expenses arising due to natural disasters, adverse weather, political disturbances, strikes, pandemics, flight delays/cancellations, road closures or other force majeure events shall be borne by the traveler.
:- GD Holidays shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, accident, illness, delay or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
:- Customers are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers and local authorities during the tour.
:- Any request for special services such as adjoining rooms, smoking/non-smoking rooms, special meals or early check-in is subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.
:- By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted all applicable booking terms and conditions.
Guests are required to hold a valid ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) prior to departure.
Itinerary sequence may change due to weather, local conditions, flight timings, or unforeseen circumstances, without compromising overall inclusions.
Sightseeing marked as "optional" is not included in the package cost.
Company is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure events.
Guests responsible for their own valuables and personal belongings during the tour.
Photocopies of passport and ETA approval to be carried during travel.
No refunds or compensation for disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions.
Standard check-in time is between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Hotels and rooms given are subject to availability at the time of booking, if not available, a similar category will be provided.
There will be American or continental breakfast serve at the hotel and the company cannot make any changes in the menu.
Early check-in and late check-out are not included and if the guests want to do so, then there will be an additional supplement and should be borne by the guests
Given package cost is on basic first category room. If guest want to upgrade room category supplement cost will be bear by guest.
During sightseeing driver will try his best to park as much closer he can, from there guest has to make his way by walk or they have to make their own transfer if require any.
Any increase in fuel price / change in government regulations taxes etc. will affect your tour cost.
The company is not responsible for any deportation due to immigration and custom clearance and there will not be any refund in such cases.
There is no refund for any unutilized services

Cancellation Policy
At GD Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our resort partners.
1. Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details used at the time of booking.
The date on which GD Holidays receives the written cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.
2. Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply on the total package cost:

NOTE : INR 1500/- Per Person GD Holidays Service Charge will be deducted if booking cancelled at any point of time irrespective of above cancellation charges.
Note: Some hotels, airlines, cruise companies, visas, permits, event tickets, attractions, and special promotional bookings may have separate cancellation rules. In such cases, the supplier's cancellation policy will apply in addition to the above charges.
3. Non-Refundable Services

4. Amendment / Rescheduling
Any request for date change, destination change, hotel change, passenger name correction, or other modifications is subject to availability and approval by the respective service providers.
Additional charges and fare differences may apply.
5. Force Majeure
GD Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or additional expenses caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Heavy snowfall
Political unrest
War
Government restrictions
Pandemic or epidemic
Airline operational issues
Flight cancellations
Strikes
Weather conditions
Acts of God
In such cases, refunds or credits (if any) will depend entirely on the policies of the respective service providers.
6. Important Note
GD Holidays acts as a travel service facilitator and booking partner. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise companies, and other service providers have their own terms and cancellation policies. Customers agree to abide by those policies at the time of booking.
By confirming a booking with GD Holidays, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
Refund Policy
Cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport providers, destination management companies and other service providers involved in the booking.
The exact cancellation amount depends on the stage of cancellation and the supplier's applicable rules at that time.
Any non-refundable bookings, promotional offers, special fares, visa fees, insurance charges, convenience fees, processing charges or service charges are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after receiving the refundable amount from the respective service providers.
The refund processing time generally depends on the concerned supplier and banking channels.
No refund shall be applicable for unused services, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or voluntary changes after travel has commenced.
GD Holidays acts as a booking facilitator and shall process refunds strictly based on the refund received from the respective suppliers, after deducting any applicable service or processing charges (if any).
TCS stands for "Tax Collected at Source". Under the Income-tax Act, 1961 (Section 206C(1G)),
when a resident individual purchases an overseas tour package, the tour operator must collect TCS from the
buyer.
TCS is not an extra fee. It is treated as advance tax and can be adjusted or claimed as
refund while filing your income tax return.
When does TCS apply?
Applicable on overseas tour packages including international travel & hotel stays.
Charged at the time of payment or debit (whichever is earlier).
