DETAILED DAY WISE ITINERARY

DAY WISE TOUR ITINERARY:

 

Day 01: Arrival in Leh.

After arrival at Leh Airport, you would be transferred to hotel for check-in. Today you are free for leisure &
acclimatization. Evening Visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace & Shanti Stupa. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02: Leh – Sangam – Hall of Fame – Leh.
Today after breakfast leave for half day excursion to Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill &
Sangam View where Indus & Zanskar River meet. Afternoon you would be driven back to hotel. Night stay at
hotel in Leh.

 

Day 03: Leh – Khardung La Top – Nubra Valley.

Today after an early breakfast you would be driven to Nubra Valley. In Route visit Khardung-la-pass, the
highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of
flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.
Arrive at Hunder & check in at Hotel/Camps. Later visit Diskit Village & enjoy the Camel ride on sand dunes.
Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel/Camp.
 

Day 04: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake.

Today after breakfast, we shall drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok, Durbuk and Tangste villages. Pangong Lake
is in the east to the Leh in the Changthang region of Ladakh and perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in
Asia which changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. At evening enjoy the breathtaking view of Pangong Lake.
Overnight at the Camp at Pangong Lake.
 

Day 05: Pangong Lake – Leh.

Today after breakfast, check out from the Camp & drive to Leh via Changla Pass (17500ft). On the way visit
Rancho School, Shey and Thiksey monasteries. Evening free for leisure & own activities. Overnight at the
Hotel.
 

Day 06: Departure Leh.

After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel & you would be transferred to Leh Airport. Your memorable tour
to beautiful Ladakh concludes here.

  • Any expense of personal nature such as tips, laundry, telephone calls, fax etc.
  • Costs incidental to any change in the itinerary.
  • Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities.
  • flight delays / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/ strikes/war, & etc.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Package Cost Inclusions”.
  • Any expenses incurred on extra transport service.
  • Room service & additional meals, if any.
  • Medical & Travel insurance.

Payment Condition

  • A Non - Refundable deposit 45% of package cost per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 45 days from the date of booking.
  • A non - refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 45 days from the date of booking.
  • A non - refundable deposit of 75% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 30 days from the date of booking.
  • A non - refundable deposit of 100% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 20 days from the date of booking.
  • Incase of non-refundable hotels, full amount needs to be pay in advance which is 100% Non Refundable.
  • 6 Months Valid Passport copies( Front/Back) from Date of Travel (If Applicable).
  • Visa Fee & Service charges are non-refundable (If Applicable).
  • For Cruise booking (If Included in the Package) : Full cruise payment required within 2 days of package confirmation.
  • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
  • Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure as per cancellation policy.
  • Any flights, non-refundable hotel, cruise, visa (if Applicable) booked as part of this holiday package are nonrefundable and no refund shall be made upon cancellation.

45 Days & Above, Booking Amount will be forfeited. 45 – 30 days: 50% of the total cost 30 – 20 days: 75% of the total cost 20 – 0 days: 100% of the total cost In case of No-show 100% In case of non-refundable hotels, full amount needs to be paid in advance which is 100% Non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • 45 Days & Above Booking Amount will be forfeited.
