DETAILED DAY WISE ITINERARY

Day 1 : Chandigarh to Manali 

Pick up from Chandigarh  (airport/railway station/) Drive to Manali via Mandi, Pandoh Dam, and Kullu  Visit  Kullu or enjoy river rafting  Check-in at hotel in Manali Overnight stay in Manali.

 

Day 2 : Solang Valley

Wake up to the sweet sound of nature and after breakfast head towards  Solang Valley. This valley is famous for its adventure activities, and you can try your hand at Paragliding, Zorbing, ATV Rides, Horse-riding, Trail-rides and so much more at your own expense.

 

Day 3: Manali -- Local Sightseeing 

Walk through town visiting newly constructed Buddhist Monastery. Hadimba Devi temple-It is small temple situated in the dense forest. It is very interesting  Hadimba is said to be the wife of Bhima from the epic of Mahabharata. Vashist is an extremely picturesque little place clinging to the steep hillside. On the way up to the village you come upon the Vashishat hot baths where a natural sulphar spring is piped into a modern bath –house 

 

Day 4:  Drop

After breakfast drop at Chandigarh Railway Station with happy memories.

  • Early check in and late check out
  • Any Adventure Activities and Personal Expenses.
  • Insurance and medical evacuation.
  • Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as roadblock due to natural climates and accidents. Etc.
  • Tips, Hard & Soft drinks, Mineral Water, Laundry, Postage, Telephone Calls, anything not specified above and any item of personal nature.
  • Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Extra Cost of 4*4 and Extra cost of chained vehicles  in case of heavy snow.
  • AC will not work in Hilly areas but in Plains as per NGT Guidelines.

Payment Condition

  • At the time of booking 60% of the total package cost will be required.
  • Any tour package booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment.
  • No booking will be blocked or reserved without payment.
  • Customers are required to pay the minimum advance amount at the time of booking to initiate the reservation process.
  • Advance payment percentage may vary depending on the package, supplier, and travel dates.
  • The remaining balance amount must be paid before the travel start date, as per the payment deadline shared at the time of booking.
  • Failure to clear the balance payment on time may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made only through GD Holidays’ approved payment channels (online payment, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Cash payments are not accepted unless explicitly mentioned.

  • The package does not include guide services.
  • Package rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned cancellation policy.                                                                     

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per Hotel/Transport cancellation policy..
  • Service fees, convenience fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation GD Holidays service charge INR 2000/- Per Person will be deducted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed only after confirmation from Hotel and Transport.
  • Refund (If Any) may take 10 to 15 working days.
  • In case of no-show or failure to join the tour on the scheduled date, no refund will be applicable.
