• At GD Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our resort partners.

  1. Cancellation Request

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details used at the time of booking.

• The date on which GD Holidays receives the written cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.

  2. Cancellation Charges

• The following cancellation charges will apply on the total package cost:

• Cancellation Before Departure	Cancellation Charges
  15 Days or more	50% of Total Package Cost
  15 Days or Less	100% of Total Package Cost
  No Show	100% of Total Package Cost
  NOTE : INR 1000/- Per Person GD Holidays Service Charge will be deducted if booking cancelled at any point of time irrespective of cancellation charges.

• Note: Some hotels, airlines, cruise companies, visas, permits, event tickets, attractions, and special promotional bookings may have separate cancellation rules. In such cases, the supplier's cancellation policy will apply in addition to the above charges.

  3. Non-Refundable Services

• The following are generally non-refundable once booked or confirmed:
• Flight Tickets
• Visa Fees
• Travel Insurance
• Cruise Bookings
• Train Tickets (as per railway rules)
• Attraction Tickets
• Theme Park Tickets
• Special Event Tickets
• Peak Season / Festival / Promotional Offers

• Any service specifically mentioned as Non-Refundable at the time of booking

  4. Amendment / Rescheduling

• Any request for date change, destination change, hotel change, passenger name correction, or other modifications is subject to availability and approval by the respective service providers.

• Additional charges and fare differences may apply.

  5. Force Majeure

• GD Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or additional expenses caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Heavy snowfall
• Political unrest
• War
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic or epidemic
• Airline operational issues
• Flight cancellations
• Strikes
• Weather conditions
• Acts of God

• In such cases, refunds or credits (if any) will depend entirely on the policies of the respective service providers.

  6. Important Note

• GD Holidays acts as a travel service facilitator and booking partner. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise companies, and other service providers have their own terms and cancellation policies. Customers agree to abide by those policies at the time of booking.
• By confirming a booking with GD Holidays, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy.

• No refund will be provided if No Show in any circumstances.
• If a tour is cancelled due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a full refund of the tour cost will be issued.
• The operator is not responsible for additional expenses such as visas, insurance, or domestic travel incurred in preparation for the tour.
